We installed a new metal exterior door with glass and a protective finish, together with a new frame, at the bedroom’s patio entrance. Removal of the old door revealed hidden rot and corrosion, along with deterioration of the exterior paint finish. We repaired the rotted areas, treated the affected exterior surfaces, and waterproofed the adjoining wall. New trim covered the treated sections and gave the opening a clean finish. The installation also included new locks and handles.
